About Me
Until the age of 24, I was living life at the whims of my mind. I had low self-esteem from a stutter that developed when I was young and felt out of place as a sensitive person in an athlete’s body. I had no desire to look within, nor did I know what that even looked like. But once the challenges of life became overwhelming in the form of family strife, I decided to commit myself to change—I had to do something very different if this life could be worth living.
The practice and study of yoga became my focus. The initial plunge to dive inside consisted of the desire to heal relationships with family, simplify my life, choose work that I love, and move away from things that were holding me back from being myself.
After a few years, I found myself teaching yoga, leading yoga teacher trainings, giving Thai massage, and creating online spiritual development courses for groups of courageous people. This led me to Naropa University in 2022 to pursue a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology.
I specialize in offering and teaching:
